What Does It Do?

• Fine wheel cleans and shines metals and leaves behind a brushed type finish
• Coarse wheel blends in scratches and scrapes, sands away casting texture and markings, and also works great for removal of rust, corrosion, and paint
• Works well for paint preparation
  
• Best for aluminum, but can be used on steel, stainless steel, magnesium, and brass with great results too

How Does It Work?
Available in 4", 6", and 8" wheel diameter. These wheels mount on a bench grinder or buffing machine, but the 4" wheels can be used on a drill as well. Available for 1/2" (12.7mm), 5/8" (16mm), and 3/4" (19mm) buffer shaft sizes. Please measure your buffer shaft size before ordering.

The larger the wheel, the longer it will last. Smaller wheels work better in tighter areas however and also cost a bit less. Wheels can be stacked on machine for a wider buffing path.

This wheel is made from a nylon strand material that is embedded with resin and an aluminum oxide abrasive for optimal stiffness and abrasion.
